Account information such as your name, email address, phone number, and date of birth. Booking information such as the occasion, recipient details, and the instructions you send to a star. Payment information processed by our payment partners — we never store full card numbers. Technical information such as device type, browser, IP address, and pages viewed.

To create and secure your account, deliver bookings to the right star, process payments and refunds, provide customer support, prevent fraud and abuse, and improve the performance and safety of the platform. With your consent, we may send product updates and offers; you can unsubscribe at any time.

We share only what is necessary: booking instructions with the star fulfilling your order, payment data with licensed payment providers, and limited data with infrastructure providers who host the service under contract. We do not sell your personal data.

If you choose to make a video public, or publish a review, that content may be visible to other users and may be used to promote the platform. Private bookings remain accessible only to you, the star, and authorised staff for support purposes.

We keep account and transaction records for as long as your account is active and for the period required by applicable tax and accounting law. You may request deletion of your account at any time; records we must legally retain will be archived and access-restricted.

Data is transmitted over encrypted connections, access is role-restricted, and media files are stored in private storage served through short-lived signed links. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a strong, unique password.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and you may object to marketing communications. Write to privacy@deshistar.com and we will respond within 30 days.

Deshistar is intended for users aged 18 and above. A parent or legal guardian may book on behalf of a child, and remains responsible for the booking.

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced on the platform, and the “last updated” date above will change.
