You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate information. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials confidential.

A booking is a request to a star. It becomes a contract once the star accepts. Stars may decline a request, for example if the instructions are unclear, offensive, or outside what they are comfortable performing. Declined requests are refunded in full.

Each star displays an expected delivery time. If a booking is not delivered within the stated window, you may request a full refund. Live call bookings are scheduled by mutual agreement; missed slots caused by the customer are not refundable.

Prices are shown in Bangladeshi Taka and include applicable platform fees. Payment is taken at the time of booking and held until the order is completed or cancelled.

Videos are provided for personal, non-commercial use unless you purchase a business or endorsement package. Commercial use, resale, broadcast, or advertising use without a business licence is prohibited. Stars retain their personality and publicity rights.

Do not request or upload content that is unlawful, hateful, sexually explicit, defamatory, harassing, or that impersonates another person. We may remove content and suspend accounts that violate these rules.

Reviews must reflect genuine experience. We may remove reviews that contain abuse, personal data, or spam.

Deshistar provides the platform “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the booking concerned.

These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, and the courts of Dhaka have exclusive jurisdiction.
